Payments

At Urban Pulse we offer several secure payment methods:

  • Fast online transfer via Przelewy24

All payments are securely processed through Stripe / Shopify Payments, ensuring the highest level of data protection.

DELIVERY

  • InPost Parcel Locker: 9.99 PLN
  • Home delivery: 17.99 PLN

FREE delivery starting from 250 PLN

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Delivery time is usually 1–2 business days.

If 2–3 business days have passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, please email us at shop@urbanpulse.pl. We’ll quickly make sure your package gets on its way. 🚚

Your package will remain in the locker for 2 days. If you don’t pick it up in time, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded. 💜

RETURNS

Returns are always free. Just start the return process in your orders section.

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return it.

Once our warehouse has registered and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund.

Processing usually takes up to 10 business days from the day we receive your package.

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order.

Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the one you want.

Complaints

If there’s been a mistake with your order, please email us at shop@urbanpulse.pl.

We’ll make sure it gets fixed ASAP — and of course, we’ll cover the return shipping. 🤝

If you receive a defective or damaged product, email us at shop@urbanpulse.pl with clear description of the issue as well as photo evidence.

We’ll resolve the issue quickly and send you a replacement or refund. ⚡
