Our clothes are designed to be as basic as possible – they are not assigned to any gender or body type. We believe everyone can wear them.

In most cases, simply choose the same size you usually wear.

We recommend washing it at 40 degrees and avoiding the tumble dryer. You can iron it inside out if you think it is needed. That way, it’ll last longer.

If you want to be kind to the climate, wash it at lower temperatures and less frequently. It doesn’t need to be washed after every use. Let it hang and air out, and wash it only when needed.

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day.

Delivery time is usually 1–2 business days.

If 2–3 business days have passed and your package still hasn’t arrived, please email us at shop@urbanpulse.pl. We’ll quickly make sure your package gets on its way. 🚚

Your package will remain in the locker for 2 days. If you don’t pick it up in time, it will be returned to us and you will be refunded. 💜

RETURNS

Returns are always free. Just start the return process in your orders section.

Once we receive and process your return, we will refund the purchase price using the same payment method you used.

You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to return it.

Once our warehouse has registered and processed your return, we’ll issue a refund.

Processing usually takes up to 10 business days from the day we receive your package.

We handle exchanges as a return plus a new order.

Simply return the unwanted item and place a new order for the one you want.
